Didn't we just have a game? Didn't we just have one of these open thread things a couple days ago? Well, yes, but we're gonng do it again. Sporting KC are riding on the back of a truly inspired performance against New England Revolution on Wednesday night in the US Open Cup, while Colorado are coming off a fairly positive 2-2 draw against New York Red Bulls. As they always are, this is a big one for Sporting. The climb back to the middle of the table starts now.

The big KC Cauldron watch party is at Mike's Tavern - 5424 Troost Kansas City, MO. There should be a couple-few rabid Sporting KC fans there tearing it up for this huge mathcup for Sporting. But, for those of you watching from the comforts of home tonight, come inside and join Andy Edwards of The Daily Wiz, and (hopefully) a few of its readers for what's known around these parts as an Open Game Thread. We'll be discussing tonight's action live, as it happens on the field.

All you need to do is sign up for an SB Nation account, which can be done here. That account and screenname are good for all 300 of the network's sites, many of which are team-specific. Meaning, you're a fan of the Kansas Jayhawks, Missouri Tigers, etc.? There's sites for each one of those teams, including all NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL teams if that's your thing, plus about 100 college team sites. Once you've done that, simply agree to join the membership here at TDW, and you're in!
