Sporting Kansas City defender Aurélien Collin left the 2012 MLS All-Star game early after a physical play in the 36th minute. It was later revealed from his personal Twitter feed that he has a facial fracture, but no more information was known.

Here is the Tweet:

@ampc2: "Thanks to all ur messages.. I'm ok thank y'all.. I have a facial fracture and I will know more tomorrow mourning."

Collin left the game in the 36th minute after the Chelsea goal by John Terry. He was absent from the Most Valuable Player award at the end, most likely receiving medical attention. There were also rumors of a concussion, but those rumors are as of press time unfounded.

He was replaced by Philadelphia Union man Carlos Valdes.

In other Sporting KC All-Star action, Keeper Jimmy Nielsen started the game and play the entire first half, allowing one goal off of the header by John Terry. He was replaced by Chivas USA Keeper Dan Kennedy in the 2nd half.

Sporting midfielder Graham Zusi entered in the 57th minute for Thierry Henry. He played the rest of the game, but didn't produce anything too exciting.
